What your day looks like

- Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity
- Provide thoughtful incontinence care management
- Perform light housekeeping to create a stress-free environment
- Prepare healthy meals for client well-being
- Offer medication reminders to prevent hospital readmissions
- Ensure safety with memory care support
- Aid in physical therapy exercises
